Summer Services:

• Flowers
• Services available include, but are not limited to: Provide and plant flowers for both commercial and residential properties*. Maintenance of flower beds for the summer (Feeding, and Watering). Hanging baskets can be provided if ordered before February 15th.

• * In order for Mat Su Landscaping to provide flowers it is best to provide us with your flower order by the end of April. Depending on availability, the flowers requested will be ready by the middle of May.

• Lawn Maintenance (Commercial | Residential | Rentals)
• Weekly services available include, but are not limited to: Cut lawn once per week. This services averages to about 20 cuts per season.

• 10 Day services available include, but are not limited to: Same service as weekly maintenance, only we cut every 10 days. Servicing is every 9th day, by 9th day, by 10th day, then one week is skipped and the rotation starts over. This averages out to 3 cuts in most months. This services averages to about 15 cuts per season.

• 2 Week services available include, but are not limited to: Same Service as the weekly maintenance, only we cut every 14 days.* This service is mainly for residential or rental units which have lawns that grow slowly and want to keep it looking good and not get out of control. This service also includes picking up of all garbage.

• Fertilizing services available include, but are not limited to: Three fertilizes per year (May, July and September). We determine the fertilizer needed to make your lawn healthier. Liming is also available.

• * Your lawn will be cut with a different pattern each time.
•  
• Parking Lot Maintenance
• Weekly or Bi-Weekly services available include, but are not limited to: Pick up all garbage on property (Including cigarette butts). Maintain outside garbage cans on a weekly basis (Empty and replace can liners). Replace outside lights.

• Power Sweeping
• Services available include, but are not limited to: Sweeping of parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, decks, porches, and curbs. Available to both residential and commercial properties.

• Aerating
• Aerating service helps to restore your lawn to a healthy state, while reducing the amount of weeds and watering. This allows the grass roots to breathe. We recommend Aerating the lawn once per season as it reduces soil compaction and allows nutrients to re-filter through the lawn.

• Thatching
• Thatch lawns services includes, but are not limited to: Remove most dead grass, leaves and sticks.

• Tree and Shrub Trimming
• This service keeps your trees and shrubs healthy and allows them to grow properly. All trimming services includes complete clean up of debris.

Landscaping Services:

• New Lawns
• With this service we do all of the top soil by hand in order to insure the proper depth of dirt. We will hydro seed or use grass seed, depending on your preference. Sod and wildflowers are also available upon request.

• Additional Landscaping Features
• Services available include, but are not limited to: Brick walkways, Flower beds, Gardens, and Flag poles.

Winter Services:

• Commercial
• With this service we go out in the middle of the night when there is no traffic and have all commercial lots cleaned up before the place of business opens for the day. We include the shoveling of the walkways with this service. We also go out and clean up any wind damage and provide any sanding that is needed to keep your parking lot safe for your customers.

• Residential
• We provide plowing services for any residential customers as well as any rental units. We will also provide sanding when needed and check for any wind damage.
